At last the french Minister of Education published the 127 pages of the Report Grin on “Foreign languages teaching as public policy” that makes the data of the italian, and not only, autocolonisation madness become real.
The current dominant position of the english languages in Europe would benefit the United Kingdom of 10 billions Euro per year, taking in consideration only the three following factors: what is gained by the UK selling the products directly connected to its language, the savings for the UK on the translation costs and most of all the savings on the foreign languages teaching, that is at present totally marginal for the UK and the other english speaking countries.

Finalement le Haut Conseil pour l’Evaluation de l’Ecole a publié les 127 pages du Rapport Grin sur « L’enseignement des langues étrangères comme politique publique » qui a donné corps aux chiffres de la folie auto-colonisatrice en italie, mais pas seulement.
La position actuelle de domination de la langue anglaise en Europe garantirait au Royaume Uni au moins 10 miliards d’Euros par an, en tenant compte de trois seuls facteurs : ce que gagne la Grande Bretagne seulement de la vente de produits directement liés à la langue anglaise, les épargnes faits sur les traductions et surtout sur l’enseignement des langues étrangères, qui est désormais tout à fait marginal dans les pays de langue anglaise.
