News: rights of translation and publication of Grin Report acquired.
The Esperanto Radical Association has acquired the translation and publication rights for the paper and web version of the Grin Report in Esperanto, English and Italian.
It is an important economic report on the teaching of foreign languages required by Prof. Grin, from the French High Council for the Scholastic Assessment (Haut Conseil de l’evaluation de l’école), presented by Prof. Grin, teacher of economic linguistics at University of Geneva, with the title of “The teaching of foreign languages as public politicy” (L’enseignement des langues étrangères comme politique publique).
