The "Esperanto" Radikala Asocio has bought the rights to translate and publish both the paper and electronic editions of Grin’s Report in Esperanto, English and Italian.
It is a highly significant report, entitled "Teaching a Foreign language as Public Policy," (L’enseignement des langues étrangères comme politique publique) by Prof. Grin himself.
François Grin, which talks about the economy of teaching a second language, at the request of the French Haut Conseil de l’éducation (High Council of Education) presented by the
