«It is important to underline that this turning in favor of atomic by Obama – who was Nobel Prize for Peace – will have consequences on Italian defences too. In particular, for the new F-35 which Italy will buy, a decision heavy with polemics. Moreover, Washington's decision to spend many resources (a billion alone to built “intelligent” flaps) to modernize and make more reliable their atomic bombs in Europe is very important to Italy, because on national territory there are about 70 of them: 50 in Aviano, Friuli, and the others in Ghedi (Brescia)».
